Well another Monday down :) I was exhausted last night after my lack of sleep yesterday so I passed out pretty early. I woke up at 3 and was wide awake for a bit which got me ANGRY!! I was so tired.. so why the heck was I awake??!?! Don't you hate it when that happens?
My alarm woke me up at 7:30 and it was time to get ready and get going. Breakfast was some Fiber One and Wegman's Oats and Honey with Strawberries, banana, cinnamon and Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze. I also brought my much needed travel mug of coffee with some ff half and half and stevia on my walk to work this morning.
The morning flew by (thank goodness) and it was time for lunch. I had a Dannon Light and Fit and apples and pineapple cut up. MMMM I love fruit!!! One of the other teachers made home made fudge and cookies so I had a tiny piece of fudge and one cookie. I love having all these great cooks/bakers to work with..lol
I walked home and got ready for the gym, snacked on a handful of walnuts and was off! I did 2 miles on the treadmill I did some 4.0 and 10 % incline and some tush toning 3.7 and 13 % incline today and some weights.
I came home to find out Adam had to work late, its almost 7 and he's still not home :( so I made myself a almond butter and jelly sandwich on Arnold's Double Fiber bread. I also had a bag of Brother's All Natural potato chips, if you haven't tried their stuff its really great! I'm now relaxing and waiting for my brother to bring over food for Adam for dinner.
I might have a Jello sugar free chocolate pudding while the boys eat later on ;)
