For breakfast I had some Fiber One and Kashi Go Lean Crunch with a banana and Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze. I also had a handful of grapes that got munched up before my camera would even turn on ;) I also brought my travel mug of coffee with me as usual on my walk to work! I only had 3 kids today it was a breeze! But it was a very very slow day... I brought some Dannon Light and Fit and put some chopped up apples into it, I also had some pineapple rings on the side and 2 munchins since it was one of the little boys birthdays. I walked home and got ready for the gym while getting ready I had a handful of walnuts ( I was a bottomless pit today!!) I went to the gym and did some weights and 2.5 miles on the treadmill. I stopped off at home after the gym because I had to pick Adam's mom up from the gas station since she had to get her car fixed. I finally got home around 6 and was STARVING! I had an almond butter and jelly sandwich on Arnolds new Double Fiber bread. It was really good bread I enjoyed it alot :) I also had some rolled gold pretzels and red peppers on the side. I ate some of both before taking the picture. I then had some of the cake that my mom made.. I just couldn't stop eating today and I know I will regret it tomorrow! But at least tomorrow is a new day to eat better right?
