Hope you all had a quick day like I did! These days are flying by! I didn't sleep well last night and was up an hour before my alarm :( I finally got out of bed around 7:15 and started my day. I had my bowl of Wegmans Cereal, Oats & Honey, With Strawberries. I also added in some Fiber One and of course a banana, cinnamon and unsweetened vanilla almond breeze. I brought my travel mug of coffee with me too.
Lunch was alittle disappointing, we got an antipasto from a pizza/wrap place. It was great last time but this time it was very oily, I should've stopped eating it but was too busy talking to another teacher to want to stop and get up to get my yogurt out of the fridge. I also had an apple with my oily greens, cheese, and olives. I walked home before eating lunch just to get out and move since I drove to work today. At snacktime I had a chocolate chip cookie, I can't wait for these to be out of the school. They are the DEVIL!!!
I then was off to the gym after work, I did about 2.10 miles on the treadmill and some weights and came home since we were taking Adam's mom out to dinner. I came home showered and got ready to go. I snacked on a few nuts before leaving because I was starving...
We went to a place in Brielle called Simkos, I got the blacked salmon, fries and veggies it also came with a salad, which I had with honey mustard dressing. I also had a Blue Moon with dinner. I was so bad today and didn't take pictures of anything except breakfast!! BAD BLOGGER!! I'm so full now and feeling yucky! I know its a mixture of hormones and just eating too much. Atleast tomorrow is another day! Hope ya'll had a good one!
