lets get started with the same old breakfast.. Kashi Go Lean Crunch with Fiber One, a banana, cinnamon and Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze. I of course had my travel mug of coffee with splenda and milk. Around 9:50 we were off to the farm for a hayride and pumpkin picking with the kiddies! It ended up being pretty warm and humid out there, but all in all it was a fun day :-D We came back just in time for me to clean up my classroom before lunch, I had an apple with cottage cheese for lunch and a big old handful of cheddar goldfish from the kids snacks ;) I was then off to the gym after work, I didn't drive because it was supossed to rain but it never did! I then came home and made Adam some No Pudge brownies, I ate some batter ofcourse to make sure it was good ;)
While figuring out dinner I snacked on grapes and a handful of peanuts. I decided on a tuna melt for dinner. I had a double fiber thomas english muffin with a slice of swiss cheese, I then made up some albacore tuna with reduced fat mayo with red onion and carrots in it. I had some bread and buter pickles on the side, I also has a bag of Brothers All Natural Potato Chips. These bad boys are only 35 calories for a bag!!! Can't complain with that! We then tried for a walk we did about a mile maybe alittle less because the sky wasn't looking too good! On our way home from the beach the rain drops started so it was perfect timing ;) When we got home I had one of my brownies, Gosh I love chocolate!! It made me happy! My brother Joe then stopped by and we all hung out for awhile. Its so nice that we are still close even though he's a cool 17 yr old football player ;) I'm taking him to an open house at Caldwell College (my alma mater) on Sunday! It makes me happy that he's even thinking of going to the college I went to! I guess all my stories from back then sounded like it was a good time!
Well i'm off to relax before I pass out! Hope everyone had a great Thursday.. One more day to get through until the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
