Can't We have 4 More Days Off?!?!


Well today was quite the lazy day after we got home, I felt like such a bum but I have to admit it was nice. I know with the holidays on their way the next 4 weeks will fly by extremely quick!

Around 6ish I decided on having some leftovers from daddy, it was chicken Marsala with some egg noodles and a salad on the side (took the pic after I started eating). I wasn't very hungry at all and kinda just felt blah, I'm thinking since I didn't exercise today and the rainy weather just didn't help! Dinner really hit the spot though and I had seconds and thirds on the noodles. HAHAH... Dessert were 2 super charge me cookies, I completely forgot to take a picture! I really need to get my hiney in gear :-P

Well I'm off to look at some craft books for ideas for the kiddies for Christmas, see you all tomorrow. HAVE A GREAT NIGHT!

Rainy Sunday

Hi There
I was lucky to be able to sleep in until 8 today! I was so excited!!!! I woke up and relaxed for a bit before making coffee and some breakfast. I made some pumpkin spice coffee and French Toast waffles that I got from They were AWESOME! Adam and I both loved them, I made mine with Aunt Jamima Low Fat Waffles, 2 eggs, skim milk, vanilla and cinnamon. These bad boys kept me full for almost 5 hours!!

After breakfast we ran to school so I could get my bulletin boards done, I needed Adam's tallness to help with the boarders ;) We then went to the new Christmas Tree Shoppe that opened near us. We got some cute things there but it was PACKED since its a rainy Sunday 25 days before Christmas! We then went to Costco to pick up a couple things, Adam got a hot dog and I had one bite since it looked so good, so good but oh so bad ;) ahha just kidding. We also bought a new camera. The one I've been using is from Adam and my first Christmas together which will be 4 years ago. So we got a Nikon Cool Pix, The battery is charging right now so I'll let ya know how it works :-D

Lunch was Stony field Farms nonfat plain yogurt with frozen berries and Honey Bunches of Oats. I also had 4 forkfuls of leftover yummy apple pie, I can't wait for all of this Thanksgiving food to be gone!!!

The most dangerous cake recipe


4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil ..or try real butter...worked very well

3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

a small splash of vanilla extract 1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

Ok so this might not be the healthiest.. I just made it for Adam and it is really good! just wish I had some frosting to put on top!
Can anyone healthify this for me? maybe take out the eggs? b/c I know you could use soymilk and it would come out great.. but what could be the stand in for the eggy?!?!?

Happy Late Turkey Day/Black Friday :)

Hi everyone!
I know I've kinda flaked lately on the blogging but I'm ready to get my arse in gear ;) Wednesday night was the annual party at my brides maids house that I've been going to since I was a freshman in High School. We sat around talked, played some drinking games, I hate drinking games!!! And ate some homemade pumpkin ice cream.. MMMM

On Thanksgiving was the big game Manasquan against Wall. My brother got to be the captain for the game which made us all so happy since its the biggest game of the year! Joe is number 49 on the right, walking out to the middle of the field :-D Manasquan won in overtime, it was an amazing game and we had such a great time!! Once we got home I was hungry and ate some scrambled eggs with cheese to hold me over until dinner, but once I got to my parents around 3 I found out dinner was going to be alot earlier than expected :( I was not hungry for dinner at 4:45 but ate as much as I could anyway!! How could I not?!?! I had turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole with marshmallows, and green beans with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.. YUM! I also had a bite of cheesecake, pumpkin and apple pies while cutting them for the family and bringing some home for Adam and I. Once home I did some pilates core work from IO on demand and relaxed until Adam got home from his brothers. My brother ended up coming over and hanging out for the night. We played wii and talked, a great way to end Turkey Day :-D

This morning I was up around 7:30 finally got out of bed around 8:15 and made coffee. By 8:45 I realized I should have some breakfast (Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, banana, cinnamon, and light vanilla soy milk) I want to go to the gym soon to get back in the swing of things so I did some vacuuming and now I'm going to sit and let the food digest a bit more and then I'm off!! I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving :-D

Slacking Once Again!

Hey Guys!
Sorry I've been slacking lately, but with work and the holiday coming up things have been a tad crazy. When I finally get home I just want to be lazy and relax, last night actually my brother came over and hung out for a few hours. I had to kick him out since it was 9:30 and I knew he had tons of homework to do! He was so excited because he got a letter from Caldwell College (where I went and where he applied) that he got over 11,000 bux in scholarships! That definately helps alot ;) Ok enough rambling here's a recap of yesterday and today's foods.

Yesterday was a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, some Kashi Go Lean Crunch, banana, cinnamon and light vanilla soymilk. I also brought a mug of coffee with me as usual.

I walked home at lunch since I drove to work because I had tons of stuff to bring in to school. Lunch was an apple with cottage cheese and a serving of pretzel goldfish. On the way to the gym I had a handful of peanuts before I got in there. I did 2 miles on the treadmill and weights, I came home and relaxed for a bit. Dinner was the last of my Snobby Joe's (forgot to take pic until I was already done!) and a salad. This really hit the spot!!! Later on for a snack I had a vcon super charge me cookie and some pineapple :-D

Today was a yucky day in general, lots of kiddies and lots of rain=no outside and crazy kids and teachers!! AHHHHHHHHH. I wasn't hungry when I got up and really didn't want to eat but knew I had a tough day ahead of me. I made up a bowl of honey nut cheerios and honey bunches of oats with almonds, banana, cinnamon and light vanilla soymilk. I also brought the mug O' coffee since I knew I was gonna need it! Lunch was inhaled in less than 10 minutes and included an apple (almost done with them from apple picking!) and cottage cheese. I also had a cupcake since 2 of my kiddies were celebrating their birthdays today. The big "3".. hehe The cupcake was sooo good! I got out of work at 4 and was off to the gym, I did alittle over 2 miles and came home. I talked on the phone with my cousin and got dinner ready for Adam and I, We had a nice unhealthy dinner. He has never had fried bologna, and since he loves hotdogs and this tastes just like it! This was a favorite of mine when I was little.. hahah We got the light Oscar Mayer kind to make me feel alittle better about eating it.. I also bad butternut squash "fries" to go with it. I had my one slice of bologna with cheese on a whole wheat english muffin with lots of fries, I ate way more than in the picture, I was full but just kept on going back for more! I was so happy Adam liked the dinner, I'm obviously not much of a chef so even if it is something totally basic and easy I still worry that he won't like it. haha.I also baked up some Jiffy Corn bread for teh kids at school for out Thanksgiving "Feast". Snack was a super charge me cookie and some pineapple. I am finally relaxing watching the Food Network! Have a great night! See you tomorrow ;-D

Already Sunday!?!?!?

Where'd the weekend go? If anyone can find it please return it to me ;)
I realized I haven't posted all week! Yesterday I was in a funk because I had to babysit and I was kicking myself for saying yes, but I know with the wedding on its way I need to make some extra $$$. It was an easy night and I started reading a great book so it made my night fly by :)
Here's the recap of the weekends eats!

Saturday before the gym I had 1 egg and 1 egg white with some mozz cheese scrambled in the microwave. I also had a small piece of pork roll that Adam couldn't eat :) YUM YUM I also had a big cup of coffee with lots of milk.

I was then off to the gym to do my normal 2 miles on the treadmill and I did some arm and back and leg weights and went to the parents to do my laundry. I felt so guilty not going to my brother's football game but it was FREEZING OUT! I came home cleaned and finally ate some lunch around 2ish since I snacked on way too much chex mix at the parents house.. haha.. I had a Dannon Light and Fit with pineapple, apple, and a some cheerios.

Dinner was at babysitting so I don't have a picture but I finally ate around 6:30, I still wasn't hungry but I had to start an hour long process of putting the kids to sleep around 7 so I didn't want to be starving. I had one of the new Lean Cuisine flat breads, it was the philly chicken one and it was great! It really hit the spot, the kids were like is that good? It looks yummy.. haha too cute!! I also snacked on 2 cookies while there, I was bored and needed something sweet.

Today I was up at 7 but stayed in bed until 8ish, got up and put on some coffee. Breakfast was Honey Bunches of Oats with almonds, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, cinnamon, banana and light vanilla soy milk. I had my Caldwell mug with lots of milk and coffee again :-D What a great way to start the day.

We then were off to Staples to get my kids turkey place mats laminated, it cost 41 bux!!! how crazy is that?!?!?! We then went to the mall and got some clothes at Aeropostale since I had a coupon for 30% off! I got a new pair of skinny jeans and some pj pants :) While there I had some of Adam's fries that he got from the foodcourt since I wasn't really hungry yet. When we finally got home at 2:30 I was starving! We were sitting in traffic which made me very unhappy.. I had a vanilla Chobani with some apple blueberry granola and some pineapple on the side (I ate some before I took the picture).

I then made some banana bread since we had a few brown bananas to be used up!! I used the Vcon recipe and it came out quite tasty. I got some stuff done for work and made dinner which was from they are oil free and came out great! I was alittle worried because they were really thick but very very tasty :) We put blueberries in them too. I had 2 and a small one that looked too cute not to eat. HAHA any reason to eat more pancakes ;) I also had a sausage that Adam couldn't finish, I haven't eaten breakfast sausage like the frozen kind he had in a long time and even though I know its not too great for me it tasted great! haha I'm am finally sitting down and relaxing.. WOOOHOO I had a fun size snickers bar after dinner for a chocolate fix. I'm now off to watch Bridezillas and be a bum!

Hi there!

I have to say today was an easy day, there were only 7 kiddies in my class and the morning flew by! I guess I should start with the beginning of my day, where I got my jump start ;) I had a bowl of oats with dried apricots, raisins, a banana, cinnamon and a touch of light vanilla soy milk. I also brought a mug of coffee with me on my very cold walk to work. The oats could've kept me going way past my lunch time at 12, but that's my free time when the kids are eating so I had to bust open the yogurt and apple. I also had some pretzels for some salty goodness. I walked home as fast as I could since it was FRRREEZING! I was starving for some reason when I got home so I ate some peanuts and grapes. That worked to get my through my 2 miles on the treadmill while I watched Oprah. I came home and showered and thought about dinner. My stomach has been funny so I settled on a bowl of the low fat/sodium Ramen Noodles I know this is definitely not the healthiest thing at all but its what I was in the mood for :) I also added a slice of cheese to make it creamy. Just like I did it back in elementary school.. hahah
Adam and I then were off to Barnes and Nobles to look at books and get some coffee. I got a tall skim cappuccino but realized half way through it I didn't get decaf! Their coffee is a tad too strong for me to be drinking a whole cup of it at 7 at night! So I stopped there at a half cup, When we came home I wanted some sweets so I had one of my super charge me cookies. That did the trick :) I'm now drinking tons of water because even though the soup was low in sodium I think it was still too salty for me since I'm not a big salt person.
I'm off to check out the weather tomorrow because my brother has another football game. I heard the windchill might be 19 degrees, I think he'll understand if I stay comfy in my house and clean instead ;) Maybe I'll bake him something for all his hard work!! I've also got to babysit tomorrow night so it might be a good thing to get all my cleaning and stuff out of the way early.

Ok I'm a blogging slacker! I completely forgot to take pictures today!
I woke up feeling very groggy this morning so that could be part of the reason, it carried over the whole day!
Breakfast was a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, banana, cinnamon and Light Vanilla soy milk. I brought a yummy mug of hot chocolate to hopefully kick my butt into gear. It was a busy day today with 13 kiddies and it just seemed chaotic, my aide was in a mood and acted like I couldn't do anything right! UGH!
Lunch was a Dannon Light and Fit Lemon Chiffon yogurt with an huge apple and a serving of pretzel goldfish. :-D I then had 2 oreos at snack time.. damn that snack time! hahah Around 4 I was off to the gym and did alittle over 2 miles on the treadmill and some weights for my arms and back. I also did a bunch of ab work when I got home.
Dinner was leftover Snobby Joe with a salad that had romaine, cabbage, carrots, peppers, some croutons and some ff ranch dressing. I also had 2 bites of Adam's leftover Chicken Murphy from dinner on Monday. We ran out to the supermarket to pick some things up for the weekend and I was craving grapes. I could have (and do have) a bunch of fruit in the house but I just love grapes. They are like candy and yes I ate a ton of them after I washed them :-D YES I AM A DORK!!! When we got home I had another Sugar Free Jello pudding cup in chocolate. I realized I don't really like these too much but I hate to waste food so I'll finish them up and not buy them again ;) lol

BOO To Work Meetings!

Well today was an easy day, so I can't complain. But it was long for me :(

Breakfast was a bowl of oats with water, light vanilla soy milk, raisins, banana and some agave nectar for some sweetness ;) I also brought a mug of coffee with me to work as usual. The morning pretty much flew by, even the half hour of being outside in the coldness with the kiddies!

Lunch was cottage cheese and a giant apple (still the ones from apple picking!) and a brownie that one of my mom's made for us teachers :)

We had a work meeting that lasted until after 5 so I was a total slacker and just looped around the block and came home. It was just a long day and I've been so good with the gym lately that I decided to take a day off. I FEEL LIKE A SLACKER! But I know I deserve it every now and then.

I came home dumped all my stuff on the floor and complained to Adam, of course he listen like a good fiance and didn't even turn on the TV! He even made a martini for himself and let me have a few sips and 2 olives from it ;) He totally knows what cheers me up :-p

I decided to make a PB&J on Arnold's Double Fiber bread and had a bag of Brother's All Natural potato "chips" mmm so good! I talked on the phone and did some work stuff. Adam and I then got to the invitations, since we had to choose them so we could get the book back to his mom ASAP. THANK GOODNESS IT IS DONE :) For dessert I had a Jello sugar free chocolate pudding cup with some light whipped cream. I'm off to relax and watch some Food Network. Tueday's Gone With The Wind

Hi everybody!
I'm finally relaxing watching some Good Eats on Food Network :-D
Here's a recap of my good eats.

This morning was a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, cinnamon, banana and Light Vanilla 8th Continent Soy milk. I brought a big old mug of coffee with me to work today, I drove because it was just too cold for me to walk that whole 1/4 mile :-p

Today was Pizza Day at school so the kiddies had pizza and the teachers got an antipasto. I had mostly lettuce, roasted red peppers, olives, and green peppers. I also threw in a couple pieces of cheese and meat (needed some protein)I also had an apple with my salad. I also had 2 cookies for snack time.. They were calling my name :-D After work I was off to the gym, I did about 2 miles on the treadmill and some weights. I came home and cut up a tasty pineapple that we picked up at BJ's on Saturday. I had to try a few pieces of it to make sure it was sweet of course.

Dinner was Snobby Joe's from Vcon and a salad. I had some croutons on the salad with some Newman's Own Honey Mustard Dressing. After inhaling the Snobby Joe's my mouth was on fire! I put a tad too much chili in it ;) so I had some leftover cold french fries from Adam's dinner last night!
After dinner we went to the library and out to the supermarket to pick up lunched for Adam since he was running low.. I got a sweet potato and a Chobani yogurt for one day ;) When we got home I was CRAVING something sweet to I had 2 (only took pic of one) of my super charge me cookies. MMM now I'm off to do some crunches and watch some tv. Have a great night :-D

Dinner With The Parents

Hiya everybody!

Lets start at the beginning of the day, For breakfast I had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, Cinnamon, a banana and skim milk. I also had a mug of coffee to bring with me on my COLD walk to work today :) It was a super easy morning with only 7 kids, what a way to start the week :-D No complaints here.

Lunch was about a serving of Pepperidge Farm pretzel goldfish, a Dannon Light and Fit, and an apple for lunch. Things got a little hectic in the afternoon with one of the 4 year olds. I won't get into details but it was NOT pretty at all! I came home and got ready for the gym as fast as I could since I was going out to dinner with the rents. I did a quick 2 miles on the treadmill and rushed home. I jumped in the shower and got ready and we were off! It was for a fundraiser for my brother's football team. I had a Blue Moon with an orange a salad with honey mustard dressing, a small slice of YUMMY bread with some butter and for dinner I had grilled chicken with olives, eggplant, black olives, capers, and rigatoni with an olive oil sauce. This was so good but I felt like I didn't even put a dent in it! I also tried my mom's stuffed shells with spinach and Adam's Chicken Murphy. I also had a cup of decaf coffee and a few bites of my mom's delish cheesecake! I ate a ton but it was so good and totally worth it since I never go out to dinner with my parents anymore :-D I'm now finally relaxing and watching How I Met Your Mother and reading some blogs. Holy Wind Batman!!

The wind kept me up all night last night :( I was so tired and went to bed early, but the wind was so strong it woke me up a million times. I finally got up around 8:30 and made some pumpkin spice coffee and waited for Adam to get up. I had a Pepperidge Farm Fruit and Grain bagel with Friendship Whipped Cottage cheese on it. I also ate a half of a banana while it was toasting (no pic). Around 10:30 I decided on going to the gym and did about 2 miles on about a 12% incline while reading the new People Magazine. I also did some weights for my arms and back while there. I came home and got ready to go to the new Outlets that opened near our house. Before we left I had a handful of peanuts since I have been starving for some reason (I'm thinking hormone related!!) Once we got close though the traffic started to back up. Adam thought maybe the traffic lights were out but I knew its because of the outlets and I was right!!! IT WAS CRAZY!!! We sat in traffic for 10 minutes and drove right by and went to Walmart instead. I was disappointed but oh well, we definitely spent less money at Walmart than we would have at the outlets ;)
We stopped at A&P for Adam to pick up some fried chicken that he wanted for lunch and came home. He got some tasty but evil fries too so of course I ate one too many of those along with a big bowl of Oikos vanilla Greek yogurt with the end of my can of pumpkin, tons of frozen berries, and honey nut cheerios. YUM YUM!

We pretty much sat around all day and I made some Vcon's Snobby Joe's to have for dinner on Tuesday night, since we are taking the parents out to dinner tomorrow night for a football fundraiser for my brother's high school.

Dinner was my leftover pizza from a few nights ago and the rest of my salad from Friday, with some ff ranch dressing. This dinner was great and hit the spot! Of course dessert was a Super Charge Me Cookie with a glass of 8th Continent Vanilla Light Soy milk. We are now watching Bridezillas and I'm looking up some ideas for some more turkey day projects for my kiddies to do!

THIS WEATHER IS FOR THE DUCKS! UGH I wish it were snowing out!

This afternoon before the rain started Adam and I went to BJ's and Wegman's to pick up some stuff..I picked up things to make Vcon's Snobby Joes one night! I can't wait to try them :-D When we got home around 5 I was starving even though I did some sampling at Wegman's! hehe...I can't turn down free bread and cheese. For dinner I heated up the last of the Turkey Maple burgers that I had frozen awhile ago. I had that with Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb cheese, some leftover red pepper slices, the rest of my sweet potato fries and.. Adam made this CRAZY HUGE steak, with zuchini, mushrooms and onions. I did have some of the veggies and 2 bites of the steak which was AMAZING!
After cleaning up I decided to make Eat Drink and Be Vegan Super Charge Me Cookies. They came out AWESOME!!!! I made it with chocolate chips and raisins. Adam even loved them, we each had one warm out of the oven.. I had one with a cup of light 8th continent vanilla soymilk. We're now charging up the remotes for the wii so we can play some games on this dreary Saturday night. Tomorrow we are getting up making breakfast, going for a walk and going to my brother's State football game :-D It was cancelled today because of the rain. I love the energy of Manasquan games.. Everyone gets so into it :-D I hope everyone had a great Saturday! See you tomorrow!


OMG well last night we left for the bar around 7ish and I didn't get home until 1am! How crazy is that?!?!? My friend was having a great time so I wanted her to enjoy it (she had surgery 2 weeks ago and has been in a funk since she found out she needed it) I had about 3.5-4 beers, since it was 2 pints and about 1 bottle of Bud Light. I was flagged!! hahhah I stopped drinking by 8:30 and just tried to be a wall flower for most of the night.. That didn't happen though! Kelli was dancing and having a ball since our band was playing! We danced for most of the night and got hit on by way too many desperate guys.. It was so funny! I would tell them "Oh we're here tonight because its one year until my wedding and this is the band that will be playing it" unfortunately it didn't stop them from still trying to dance with me! lol oh well.. I haven't been had a guy try to dance with me at a bar in a long time so I have to say it was pretty flattering anyway ;)

Onto this morning.. I woke up around 7 :( since I heard Adam get up and start cleaning dishes! I think I'm turning him into me :-p

I finally got up around 7:45 and made some coffee and drank a big glass of water, which was much needed after last night. Breakfast was a bowl of Wegman's Oats and Honey with Almonds, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, a naner, cinnamon and 8th continent light vanilla. I also had 2 big bites of Adam's evil and delish pork roll egg and cheese! MMMMMMMMMM

After that we got ready to go meet the Minister that will be marrying us at his mom's church, they were having a craft fair. She seems very nice! :) I was then off to the parents to do laundry and fix their computer. While there I made a batch of brownies and some choc chip cookies. I had some brownie batter and one cookie.. all before lunch.. heheh Oh how I love weekends!

After that was all done I came home and cleaned the apartment, scrubbed the shower, sinks, and vacuumed. I feel accomplished :)

Lunch was a container of Fage 0% with 1/3 cup pumpkin, frozen berries and lots of tasty granola. I also tried to have a piece of my pumpkin bread I made a few night ago, but after a few bites I realized it went BAD ALREADY!!! WTF?!?!? I'm so sad. Its been pretty hot though so that's the only thing I can think that caused it..

I'm now waiting for Adam to come home and we are off to BJ's since we got a free trial membership and Wegmans since a certain boy is craving steak for din din tonight! I hope its dry and sunny where you are because it is miserable here in Jersey :(

Well woke up this morning and had a nice bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, Wegman's Oats and Honey, with a nanner, cinnamon and 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soymilk. I also brought a mug of hot chocolate with me on my walk.. YUM!

Lunch was cottage cheese with another HUGE apple (there almost gone!!) a handful of peanuts and a handful of wheat thins. I was in a mood where I just wanted to EAT. Darn rainy weather! I got out around 4.. None of the parents came too early today :( So I walked home in the rain, got ready for the gym and snacked on some Cheez It party mix, and was off to the gym. I did 2 miles and came home right away since it was almost 5 and my friend is coming around 7 to go out for Happy Hour!! We are going to see the band that will be playing at our wedding (which is a year from today!)

I came home showered and had a salad with tuna croutons, and italian dressing. I love this dinner so much! I also had about 15 grapes out of the fridge while standing there looking for the dressing ;) Well I hope everyone had a great Friday! See you tomorrow with a recap from my night

Good Evening All!

Well today was a yucky day out, it wasn't raining when I got up but it started pretty soon after. For breakfast I had a bowl of cereal (Wegman's Oats and Honey with almonds and some Honey Nut Cheerios) with a banana, cinnamon, and Light Vanilla 8th Continent soymilk. I made a cup of coffee to bring with me to work but unfortunately I was quite sick to my stomach all morning so I only drank a few sips :(

Lunch was a yogurt with a big old apple, I was finally feeling a bit better but not long after I ate the yucky feeling was back. I had about 10 wheat thins hoping it would settle, and it did for a bit but came back once again. I went to the gym and did about 2.25 miles on the treadmill while watching Oprah and came home but as I drove home I called my mom to see if she was coming over to look at wedding invitations. Well needless to say there was a fight... long story and this made my stomach feel even worse!!! :-( Adam and I ran across to A&P to pick up some ginger ale for me and some salad for dinner tomorrow night and cooked up our pizzas. We used garlic Naan bread for the crust and I put Wegman's chunky tomato sauce with mushrooms, peppers, and lots of part skim mozzarella. YUM! I also had some pickles on the side and one piece of turkey pepperoni that Adam got for his pizza. It was really good, but I figured spicy pepperoni wouldn't be the best idea for stomach. Mom ended up coming over and after she left I had 3 Hershey kisses.. I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF SOME CHOCOLATE AFTER TODAY!! HAHAH

Busy Busy!

Finally home and relaxing after 2 busy days! I feel like I haven't stopped. Today for breakfast I had oatmeal with half a banana and raisins. I also brought a big old mug of coffee with me on my walk to work. We have had a few teachers out this week so its been quite crazy and the elementary schools are having teacher's conferences so I've had those kids coming in super early at 1. Its been tough to keep all those age groups occupied for that long!

For lunch I had a Dannon Light and Fit with an apple and a handful of wheat thins. I walked home after work and had some peanuts after I got ready for the gym and was off. I did 2 miles on the treadmill and some weights and came home to bake Adam some pumpkin bread.

Dinner was my leftover wrap from last night and some sweet potato fries, and a small piece of some chicken francais that my dad gave us that Adam was eating.. YUM YUM! My tummy isn't too happy though because the wrap was lots and lots of veggies (maybe too much fiber?) We ran across the street to A & P to pick up a few things and now I'm cutting out turkeys for the kiddies tomorrow.. FUN TIMES!! let me tell ya ;) well I'm off to cut and sip a cup of french vanilla coffee.. Have a great night! See everyone tomorrow :-D

P.S. I cut up the pumpkin bread just now and tried a piece and boy is it tasty!! :-D

Hi Guys
Just wanted to say I'll be back tomorrow. I had work til 4 then went to the gym came home showered and was off to a CPR class for work. Needless to say I just got home around 8:15 and need to get some stuff done before passing out! I hope everyone had a great day. Thanks for the comments on my question from yesterday! If you all could send me some will power I'd really appreciate it ;)

How do you stop yourself from overeating? unfortunately I've been doing this alot lately, eating and eating when I'm not hungry. I do this because the food is in the house and I don't want it going bad. I know I should not bake/buy it, but now that there is a growing boy (aka Adam) in the house we have lots of junk/sweets and I can't stop eating them! HELP!!!

Just Another Monday..

Hi There

Just a typical Monday here, I woke up got ready and had a bowl of cereal. It was honey nut cheerios, Kashi Go Lean Crunch with banana, cinnamon and skim milk. I also brought a big old mug of hot chocolate with me on my walk to work.

Lunch was an apple with cottage cheese and 2 cookies from the snacks for the kids ;)

I walked home and got ready for the gym and munched on a handful of raisins and some cheez it party mix. YUM! I was then off to the gym and did 2 miles and some lifting and came home and made myself a sandwich with cinnamon raisin peanut butter and jelly on Arnold's High Fiber bread. I had some honey pretzels on the side and some leftover pineapple from last night. We then went to Adam's moms to pick up the invitation catalog so we can pick one out!! PRETTY EXCITING STUFF!!! We came home and my sweet tooth kicked in BIG time, so I had a half of a snickers with almonds. MMM MMM GOOD!

Well I'm off to look at invitations I hope everyone had a great Monday! See you tomorrow :-D
