It really did!! Even if it wasn’t for very long, I’ve started to forget what it was! lol
I woke up a lot during the night thanks to “girl time” so I wasn’t too rested today :( I got up before my alarm emailed my mom to say hi, since she was working and made up some breakfast. I had a bowl of Kashi Heart to Heart Maple Sugar Oatmeal. It really hit the spot, I love making my own Oatmeal but I have to say theirs is my favorite premade kind.
I also had half of a banana that I didn't get a pic of. I was lucky enough to walk to work today since it was not raining! I brought my coffee with me on walk exciting walk.The morning FLEW and it was time for lunch, I was starting to get hungry so I was definitely ready to munch. I had a Dannon Light and Fit with granola and pineapple on the side.
There also may have been a handful of pretzels eaten also for salt! I walked home after work and had 2 handfuls of grapes and some almonds before going off to the gym. I did a quick 2 miles on the treadmill and lifted. My body was just so tired, I just did not want to be there. At least I went though :-D
I came home ate some more pretzels and showered and checked my email while waiting for Adam to get home. Dinner was my leftover home made pizza from Friday with some of a red pepper we had left and some tomato sauce for dipping my pizza in.
I also had 2 bites of Veal Bolognese that my Dad had given us that Adam was eating for dinner. Oh how I love my Daddy’s cooking!! THANKS DAD! I had to run some errands and pick up a few things from my parents and came home and had a half of an apple with some pb and cinnamon. YUM YUM!
I think it is going to be a very early night tonight.. my body is telling me SLEEP! So I am going to try and listen to it.. lets just hope it really does sleep tonight!
What do you do when you have trouble sleeping? I’ve been having a really hard time lately :( I’d love some ideas!
