Another Bingeful Kinda Day

UGH Today was another one of "those" day, with hormones and stress I ate like a big ol PIGGY!
Breakfast was a bowl of Fiber One Honey Oats with some of the bottom of the bag of Honey Bunches of Oats, cinnamon, banana and LF Vanilla Soy Milk. I also had handful of peanuts while making my coffee to bring to work. I have no idea why its sideways!!! HAHA

At work I had about half a cup of cheerios at snack time then for lunch was a Dannon Light and Fit with an orange. Snack was 2 chocolate covered pretzels from one of the kiddies. I then went to the gym and did alittle over 2 miles on the treadmill and some weights. I came home to find out daddy's home. No answers to what happened but he is home! Thank goodness!

Dinner was an English muffin with one egg, ff cheese, and a piece of Canadian bacon. I also had a half of a sweet potato on the side and munched on more nuts about 2 handfuls while figuring out what the heck to eat for dinner. We ran out to the store to pick up a roasted chicken for dinner tomorrow night and I went to see daddy. He was in bed, he exhausted from not sleeping for the past 2 days :( I then came home, did some cleaning and ate some more. I had 2 bites of chocolate cake(the microwave one from a few nights ago) and 2 peanut butter cookies. I NEED TO STOP! Needless to say I've thrown away some junk food just to get it out. I'm not hungry but its there so I eat. This emotional eating HAS GOT TO STOP!!! Sorry for venting I just need to get it all out. I hope everyone had a good Tuesday. See you for a better tomorrow (I hope)

TGIT!!:-D

Thank Goodness its Thursday! I woke up this morning to Adam leaving late for work! OOPPS He over slept just a little bit, luckily I feel back to sleep until my alarm went off at 7:30. For breakfast I had a bowl of oats with water, LF vanilla soy milk, banana and some Back to Nature Apple Blueberry Granola. This totally hit the spot, I also brought my normal mug of coffee with me to work ;)

By the time lunch rolled around I was STARVING !!! I had 2 handful of Froot Loops, an apple and cottage cheese. It was a yummy lunch and made me happy. At 4 I could finally leave work and I ventured out in the horrible rainy weather to go to the gym. I did about 2 miles on the treadmill and some weights.

When I got home all I wanted to do was CRASH! I hate rainy yucky weather, its so depressing. We did get to watch Frosty The Snowman and Rudolph today so I guess I can't complain too much :-P

Dinner was leftover Lightlife Veggie Taco on a white taco shell with ff cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and salsa. I also had what was left of a sweet potato with more yummy salsa. While making up dinner I snacked on tons of grapes, they've been so good lately.
I then got to packing for Atlantic City for a girls night out :) Tomorrow we will be leaving around 5 to head down there to see the band playing our wedding! We are staying at Harrah's and will be going to Trump Plaza (Jezebels) to see the band. It should be a fun filled night of CRAZINESS. I plan on bringing my camera, so they were definitely be lots of pictures when I come back on Saturday night. After I was done packing I had 2 cake mix peanut butter cookies. These are so good, and so easy to make. I'm now off to get a few more things done before I pass out! Hope everyone has a great night and a wonderful Friday :-D

Why Do The Weekends Fly By?

Hi There All! Boy am I full and sleepy. All I wanted to do was eat today, and eat I did. I'll start with breakfast, I had 1 egg white and 1 egg scrambled with some Kraft FF Cheddar Cheese and lots of ketchup. I also probably had about a pound of grapes while deciding on breakfast, I was STARVING this morning! Thanks to the shot and beer last night! AHAHI also had a mug of Holiday Spice coffee and a half a piece of whole wheat toast on the side.(I had started eating then realized I needed a picture!) I ran to my parents to drop some stuff off and ate a chocolate chip cookie that had just come out of the oven. MMMMM We went to Harry and David to pick up Adam's Dad a xmas present and walked around a bit. We were home early so I did some cleaning and baking! Lunch was a plain Chobani yogurt with frozen berries, and lots of Back to Nature granola (apple blueberry) I also had some of Adam's Wendy's french fries.. YUMMY! Then it was baking time! I made my mom's favorite peanut butter cookies:

1 box yellow cake mix
1/4
cup packed brown sugar
1/3
cup water
1
cup creamy peanut butter
1/4
cup shortening or vegetable oil
2
eggs
Granulated sugar
1.
Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). In large bowl, beat cake mix, brown sugar, water, peanut butter, shortening and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar and, on ungreased cookie sheet, place 2 inches apart. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar.
3.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

I also added semi sweet chocolate chips in since Adam thought it sounded good ;) Unfortunately I ate way too much cookie dough, so I'm not feeling too wonderful! That's what I get!! hahah

I got some work done for school and relaxed. Then decided on dinner, I had a big bowl of salad with tuna and Newman's Own Asian Sesame dressing. I also had some pieces of a sweet potato that I had microwaved (the thing was HUGE) and some reduced fat wheatables and pickle slices. So random I know!! HAHA I also ate 2 of those cookies I made!

Needless to say I'm very full and uncomfortable right now but I enjoyed every single bite ;)

I hope you all had a great weekend! See you tomorrow, its gonna be a late one for me since now its winter sports season and my brother is on the bowling team. This is one sport I totally understand (I was on the team in hs too I'm a big dork I know ) So I'll be running there right from work!

I should be doing things.....

I ran to my school today to find out no one was there! So I just ran in and ran out quickly, then it was off to the gym for a nice walk on the treadmill. I did about 2.75 miles and a light pace since my stomach is still off. I came home and thought hmmm maybe I should bake something to make me feel better! So I opened up "Eat, Drink, and Be Vegan" by Dreena Burton and decided on some Super Charge Me cookies! I haven't made these in awhile and figured they would be a good snack. I ofcourse had to "test" some of the batter and it was very yummy!

Alittle while later I started to feel hungry so I made up a small salad with greens. red onion, a huge roasted red pepper, green peppers, carrots and some red cabbage. I threw on a few croutons and some balsamic vinegar. Along with it I had some of the leftover chicken from Sunday night. I had more than on the plate, I just thought I would start out small since I wasn't sure how much I'd be able to eat. Lets hope it all settles in my belly nicely!

Hope everyone is having a good Tuesday! We are one day closed to the long weekend! :--D

Relaxing and some baking

Adam was nice and drove me to his mom's house for the BBQ, we went and picked up some sausage peppers and onions from the pizzeria that my brother works at. We then went to his mom's and started setting up. THERE WAS SO MUCH FOOD! I had a veggie burger (on a yummy bun) that he keeps there for me (veggie patch, which I didn't like too much but forgot to bring a boca burger)I had some of his uncles famous baked beans, some pasta salad, a huge strawberry and an amazing pickle from a place called Collingswood Auction fleamarket. I also had a few sips of a margarita, I don't really like them but someone poured me some so I couldn't waste it! That would be alcohol abuse ;) Then onto desert.. there were so many to choose from. Adam and I shared one of my oreo brownies, a cup cake and a piece of a cake that looked like a cheeseburger. I had 2 big bites of the cake and a bite each of the cup cake and my brownie. I am so full! Adam, Joe (my brother) and I played some wiffle ball too. I kicked their butts!!!!! :-D It got pretty hot out so Joe drove me home around 6 and I decided to bake my mom some of her favorite peanut butter cookies. Even though I was stuffed I had to have some cookies dough, unfortunately I can not turn down sugar or peanut butter. I'm now sitting down and relaxing after a nice hot shower. I may go out with my friends for alittle bit to the bar, but I'm not really in the mood for a night out on the town! I feel like being a lazy bum and watching the Olympics.

Hope everyone had a great weekend :-D
