Today flew by, and believe me I'm not complaining at all! I didn't sleep very well last night so that made for a sluggish start to the day. For breakfast I had oats, banana, light vanilla soy milk and handful of raisins on the side ;) I also brought a mug of coffee with me on my walk to work, I needed it today!
Lunch was an apple and cottage cheese and 2 handfuls of tasty but not so healthy froot loops! Oh how I love working in a preschool :-P
I walked home and ate a Huge handful of peanuts and was off to the gym. I did 2 miles on the treadmill and some weights. I came home starving but sat and relaxed for a bit before I showered. Dinner was Almond butter and low sugar jelly on Arnold's Double Fiber bread. I also had a bag of Brother's All Natural Chips. While deciding on dinner I also had some grapes and a few pickles. I just didn't know what I wanted to eat, so snacking worked while I thought :-D After dinner we went to the library to get some books for the kiddies and picked up some rolls, soy milk and some Chobani since Foodtown had them on sale :-D I came back cleaned up and had a couple super charge me cookies for dessert and now I'm relaxing and reading some blogs.
