For dinner tonight I had a Lean Cuisine Chicken Mediterranean, this is one of my favorite frozen dinners! I also had a slice of bread on the side with some margarine, this really hit the spot!
We then were off to the supermarket and my parents house to pick a few things up. When we got home and unpacked the goodies I turned on the oven and started baking some easy apple pie http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/recipe.aspx?recipeID=35278&Source=SearchResultPage 
I make this a million times after we go apple picking since its a big hit with the family and Adam. While baking I had a handful of peanuts and a cookie.. oh and a couple pieces of apple while I was cutting it up. I'm extremely full and getting ready to do some crunches and do some blog reading.
